Meet the team
That’s me, the new boy around. Does a bit of walking, skiing, running . Used to be an Engineer but more recently has become an Outdoor Ambassador of Sweden, cannot see the connection quite yet but maybe just a varied history.
Here's a snip of me having some fun in Avoriaz during winter 2010.
Our oldest member of staff, in duration not age! Well maybe age as well. Has worked here since he was in nappies and is, along with other things, our workshop technician carrying out all the ski/snowboard repairs and maintenance.
The boss and current owner of the business. Over the last fifty years has developed the business from its army surplus roots to the multi discipline business it is today. These days he can usually be found peddling somewhere on his bike.
Need the accounts department then Lorna’s your man, well Grandma really. Has looked after the accounts and finances for longer than anyone cares to remember.
Our product testers and equipment users. Both based in the South, both completed Duke of Edinburgh awards.
Alex, a rowing cox from school days, has completed many competitions on the Thames, including the soon to be Olympic Rowing Centre and more recently on the rivers around Southampton.
Katie, a qualified BASI ski instructor, can be found at Sandown Ski Slope where she works most weekends, or if not there then at the Salomon Grom Camps learning here freestyle skills.
